PÔM reserves the right to disclose confidential information provided by the users when required to do so by law, regulation, rule, ordinance and/or any other legal, judicial or governmental request. 


PÔM will keep the website operational throughout the year, 24 hours a day, as long as its equipment allows it. 

However, it reserves the right to modify or interrupt, in whole or in part, access to the system temporarily when maintenance, updating or repair of the system or the Internet server so requires, without notice to the user.
